Allwoods Mowing $1,000 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions (Victoria Only)

  1. Promoter Details:
    The promoter is Allwoods Mowing (ABN: 53 938 459 475, Email: support@allwoodsmowing.com.au , Phone: 0490 364 223).

  2. Eligibility:

    • Entry is open to residents of Victoria, Australia only.
    • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. Promotion Period:

    • The promotion commences at 12:00 AM (AEDT) on 1 January 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 31 January 2025.
    • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

  4. How to Enter:

    • Paid Service Entries: Each $1 (including GST) spent on any Allwoods Mowing lawn or garden service during the Promotion Period will entitle the customer to one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit on the number of entries per person via this method.
    • Referral Entries: Refer a friend who books and pays for any Allwoods Mowing service during the Promotion Period, and once their service is completed, you will receive ten (10) additional entries at no cost. You do not need to have personally used our services to gain these referral-based entries.
    • Tagging Friends (Social Media): Tag three (3) friends on the designated giveaway post on Allwoods Mowing’s Instagram account (@allwoods.mowing) and ensure they follow our page. This will earn you one (1) free entry. Limited to one such free entry per person.

  5. Cost of Entry:

    • No additional entry fee is charged beyond the normal cost of services for paid entries. The cost per entry does not exceed $1 including GST.
    • Referral Entries: These entries are awarded only if the referred individual successfully books and pays for a service within the promotion period.
    • Tagging Entries: Tagging friends to earn entries is free and does not require any purchase.

  6. Draw Details:

    • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries LIVE on our Instagram (@allwoods.mowing) on 1 February 2025 at 5:00 PM (AEDT).
    • The method of the draw will be a random selection ensuring each entry has an equal chance of winning. The draw will not involve gaming machines.

  7. Prize Details:

    • There is one (1) prize consisting of $1,000 (AUD) cash.
    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services unless agreed in writing by the winner and the Promoter.

  8. Winner Notification and Publication:

    • The winner will be announced live on the Allwoods Mowing Instagram account (@allwoods.mowing) at 5:00 PM (AEDT) on 1 February 2025.
    • The winner will be notified in writing via email or direct message within two (2) business days of the draw.
    • As the prize exceeds $1,000, the winner’s name will be published on the Allwoods Mowing website (& social media) for a minimum period of 28 days.
    • If required by Victorian law, the winner’s name will also be published in a newspaper circulating generally in Victoria.

  9. Prize Claim and Delivery:

    • The winner must claim the prize within 28 days from the draw date.
    • The prize will be paid or transferred to the winner within 28 days after the draw. No cost will be incurred by the winner to receive the prize.

  10. Unclaimed Prize:

    • If the winner cannot be contacted, or if the prize remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts by the Promoter, a redraw may occur as per the original draw method, provided the conditions of entry allow it.

  11. Record Keeping:

    • The Promoter will keep accurate records of all entries, the prize distribution, and financial accounting of the promotion for three (3) years after the lottery is finalized.

  12. Use of Entrant Information:

    • Entrants’ information will be used solely for the conduct and administration of this promotion and any directly related marketing communications, as stated in these Terms & Conditions.
    • The Promoter will not use or disclose entrants’ information for purposes other than those stated herein without the entrant’s consent.

  13. No Liability:

    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
    • The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered in relation to participating in this promotion or accepting and using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  14. Compliance with Laws:

    • This promotion is conducted under the conditions of the Victorian Gambling Regulations.
    • The Promoter warrants that the lottery will be conducted in a manner not contrary to the public interest and not offensive.

  15. Acceptance of Terms:

    • Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
